Attend Anywhere Groups allows you to attend sessions virtually from the comfort of your own home, saving you time, energy and money. When joining the session it is important that you make sure that you are in a quiet and confidential space.
Before the start of the group you will be sent out a web link. You usually wont need to download anything in order to use 'Attend Anywhere Groups', simply type the meeting link into your web browser when you are ready to join. Please aim to join the meeting room 5 minutes before the planned start time
